The two most important elements are: Paperwork MUST be completed PRIOR to arrival at Troop meeting for SMC. Reference location of paperwork on website. If no completed paperwork, then no SMC or BOR. Full Class A uniform attire. Reference pages 12-13 of the handbook. Notation that Troop 414 requires scarf (not bolo) and slide-hat not required. If no full uniform then no SMC or BOR. There will not be any exceptions to the two guiding principles above.
