All Scouts must be prepared for fulfilling their Troop/BSA requirements for Scoutmaster Conferences and Boards of Review. The two most important elements are: Paperwork MUST be completed PRIOR to arrival at Troop meeting for SMC. Reference location of paperwork on website. If no completed paperwork, then no SMC or BOR. Full Class A uniform attire. Reference pages 12-13 of the handbook. Notation that Troop 414 requires scarf (not bolo) and slide-hat not required. If no full uniform then no SMC or BOR. There will not be any exceptions to the two guiding principles above. In absolute extreme cases the Advancement Chair, Committee Chair and Scoutmaster will consult to determine if the requirements will be waived.
