Let's get outside and hike! This is a relatively easy hike through the woods to a scenic pond where you can relax, eat your lunch and maybe try your hand at fishing. Bring the family!
Reading notes from our website and email list provider there are some changes that have been made restricting the email distribution list. This had to be sent out as an eblast. Please read the message below.
Some of you may have heard of the upcoming (August 4-5) Pan Mass Challenge, if not you should take a look - www.pmc.org. The PMC is one of the nation's largest and most successful fundraising events. All funds (100%) of the money raised goes to support the fantastic work being done at the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute. Well, two of our Troop 414 Family, David Hammer and Larry Gagnon, will be participating in this magnificent event. If the battle against cancer is important to you as it is for David and Larry, please consider going to www.pmc.org/egiftsand sponsoring one or both these gentlemen. You can also follow the event on NECN during the weekend.
Be well and as cyclists say, "keep the rubber side down". Kyle E.
As many of you may know, we are collecting dues for the year 2020. Please hand them over to Adithya's mom who will be there every Thursday from 7:30pm to the end of the meeting at BPC.
Troop 414 once again rallies together to thank the Bedford Presbyterian Church Community for their support of our Troop by inviting them to Brunch that we will provide and serve in Class A uniform on Sunday February 12 after the 10:00am Service. Mr. Dieter will organize the Scouts to play an active role in the Service - all Scouts are expected to attend. After the service, Troop 414 invites the entire congregation to a "Thank You Brunch" in the Hall where we hold our meetings. Hosting and providing this Brunch is our annual opportunity to Thank the whole Church Community for sponsoring our Troop.
