Attached please find an important guide for adults and scouts planning to attend the NH Jamboree. The NH Motor Speedway requires all participants sign a waiver before entry. The BSA also requires a BSA medical form (Part A and B) for all participants. The waiver for youth participants can be found on pages 5-6. The adult waiver can be found on page 7. Anyone that plans to do the rock climbing wall needs to complete the release on pages 8-9. Anyone planning to do the virtual surfboard needs to complete the release on page 10. Please complete and return these documents to me by Thursday, October 8th. If you are not going to make the troop meeting on Thursday please sign, scan, and email them to me.
In-person troop meetings and campouts have resumed effective January 22nd! Please be sure to adhere to all COVID protocols (social distancing, masks, etc) and to dress appropriately for all outside events. Hope to see everyone soon!

First, we hope everyone and their respective families are safe and doing well during these trying times. We wish to commend the efforts of our unit leaders and families first for your vigilance and for the extraordinary efforts you have made thus far to sustain quality Scouting programs and to keep Scouts engaged and advancing.
Jack McCahill will be holding a bake sale for his Eagle Scout Project (American flag repository) at Harvest Market in Bedford this Saturday, June 4 from 12 pm - 2 pm. He is looking for 3 volunteers to help him for those two hours and would also greatly appreciate the donation of any baked goods, so long as the recipes are included for allergy purposes. Please bring any donated goods to either the meeting on Thursday or to Harvest Market on Saturday just before 12. Thank you.
